Every piece at Jeff Becker Glass is handcrafted with over 20 years of technical mastery. We want your acquisition to be a source of pride in your collection. If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

The Return Process

To ensure the safety of these delicate works, we ask that you follow our specialized return protocol:

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition and within the original studio packaging.

Shipping & Handling

• Complimentary Damaged Delivery Protection: Glass is a delicate medium. Should your piece arrive with any imperfections or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full white-glove refund, including all shipping costs.

• Standard Returns: For discretionary returns, the client is responsible for secure, insured return shipping. As these are one-of-a-kind items, we recommend using a trackable, insured service.
